What this site keeps
This site has no accounts, and no analytics or advertising trackers. It stores nothing about you, with one small exception.
When a card, a radio station, or a link brings you here, the address you arrived on can carry marketing source information: utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. This site keeps those three pieces in your browser for that one visit only, so the practice knows which card, station, or link brought you. It adds them to the links to the screening and to the booking page.
That is the whole list.
No accounts
There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember.

The Clarity Call scheduler is hosted by HubSpot. What you enter there goes to HubSpot and to the practice.

Cloudflare delivers this website, and it keeps standard server logs.

What happens to your answers
If you complete the screening or book a Clarity Call, what you entered reaches the practice, so we can answer you. Nothing here is hidden, and you can ask about any of it.
- Your answers reach the practice. What you enter in the screening or the Clarity Call scheduler goes to us, along with the service that hosts it.
- You hear from a person. A member of our team will reach out within one business day of your screening.
- Your information is not sold. This website does not sell your information or share it for advertising.
